Content
This class is designed for beginner level students and taught in a group setting. The course is 8 weeks long and meets 1 time a week for 50 minutes each class. Designed to teach practical language skills for everyday use, this course will teach the student how to introduce themselves in a variety of settings, talk about their greeting skill, hobbies, family dynamics, money, food, and numbers. The topics will be facilitated via reading, listening, and speaking using coursework, visuals, audio, and light homework assignments to help them internalize the material. The student will have undivided attention and ample time to interact with a native speaker, ask questions, share ideas, etc. As someone who has learned foreign languages, I understand the challenges and the concerns that a learner experiences. To this point, it is my mission to encourage the student's confidence and to not scare them away from achieving the gift of communicating in a foreign language. Materials will be provided.
Lesson Needed
Reviewing the previous class content. It will be very helpful for the progress if student takes practice 1~2 times a week after class. There will be a test in the last class to help teacher to understand the progress of student's level for the next course.
