A: You can rate your course and your teacher in the Course Evaluation of My History in the membership section after you have taken the lesson.

A: You can "Click here and we shall contact you within 7 days" to request an upgrade exam in the Upgrade section of My Level and we will schedule an upgrade exam with you. Once you have passed the exam, we will complete your upgrade within 7 working days and you will see your upgraded level in the membership section.

A: If you scan the QR code to access the website, please register within 30 minutes. After completing the registration page and having your e-mail address verified, we will send you a 25-minute trial course discount code to your mailbox, and you can choose any teacher's trial course.

A: You can purchase another teacher's course using a gift voucher converted from your remaining classes.

A: If you are unable to continue your course due to time, teacher or personal factors, you can contact ct0584429@gmail.com to request to convert your remaining classes into a gift voucher to be redeemed against your next purchase or to apply for a refund.

A: If you wish to convert remaining classes to a gift voucher, you must do so within the validity period of your student status, which means within one year from the date of purchase.

A: If you do not convert your classes into gift vouchers and insist on a refund after the course has started, you will only be refunded 50% of the remaining course amount due to exchange rates and administrative fees, and you will have to pay the bank transfer fee.

A: If you have not asked for leave (i.e. 2 days in advance), the class will still be deducted.
